Digital purchases

Optional paid features are sold as one-time, non-consumable in-app purchases through the Apple App Store or Google Play. The store displays and charges the final local price, including any applicable taxes, and processes your payment under its own terms. VeloHacky does not receive your full payment-card details.

• Purchases can be restored on the same platform using the same store account.
• Purchases do not automatically transfer between iOS and Android.
• Discounted upgrade products require ownership of the stated prerequisite product.
• Refund requests are handled by the store where the purchase was made, without limiting rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

“Lifetime” describes access for the supported life of the purchased feature in VeloHacky on that platform; it does not promise perpetual availability of third-party stores, operating systems, bike firmware, or hardware compatibility.

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and all other agreements:

Client, You, Your, and Customer

The person currently using this website or its application and complying with VeloHacky’s Terms and Conditions.

The company that operates VeloHacky.

Platform

Our website, App, and services collectively.

App

The VeloHacky App.

Account

The account system associated with our services.

Any use of this terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization, and/or he, she, or they is taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to the same.

We may modify these terms at any time with notice to our customers. If you do not accept the new terms, it is your responsibility to stop using our services immediately.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, VeloHacky and/or its licensors hold all intellectual property rights for all material on the Platform. You agree not to:

• Republish, sell, rent, or sublicense material from VeloHacky.
• Reproduce, duplicate, or redistribute content from VeloHacky.

Content liability

We are not responsible for any user-generated content on the Platform. No links should be posted that could be considered libelous, obscene, or otherwise in violation of any third-party rights.

Disclaimer

While we strive to maintain accurate and up-to-date information, we make no guarantees regarding the completeness, accuracy, compatibility, or uninterrupted availability of the Platform. To the extent permitted by law, the Platform is provided without implied warranties. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including applicable rights concerning fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or mandatory consumer protection.

Usage risks

Using the App with other vehicles may be illegal in some jurisdictions. You assume all responsibility for compliance with local laws and for any risks associated with using our Platform.

Updates

The Platform may be updated without notice. Although updates are not mandatory, keeping your App up to date is strongly advised to maintain security.
